 Position Description: Senior Project Manager

  The Senior Project Manager position requires at least 8-10 years of experience in handling projects from cradle to grave with a competitive salary. Experience should include good communication skills in dealing with owner/developers on private and public projects, including:  

Multi-family, mixed use development  
Hotel/motel development  
High rise construction  
Commercial/retail  
Preparation of ROM and detailed estimates  
Preparation of CPM Schedules using Suretrack, Primavera, and similar types of scheduling software  
Planning, organizing and managing projects to achieve successful performance consistent with contractual agreements  
Maintain safety, quality, budget, schedule and client satisfaction  
Document project progress through quality control inspections, field logs, photographs, records of communication, meeting minutes, etc.

 Position Description: Assistant Field Engineer

  The position of Assistant Field Engineer will be one of key importance. The position is designed to support the Project Management Team, in all aspects of the daily duties, required to keep the project moving in a smooth and organized manner. These duties will include, but not be limited to, the following activities:  

Set up and organize the project's field office and project files.  
Assist the Project Executive and Project Manager with setting up and maintaining the Document Control System, which will include the use of a web-based, fully secured and password protected program, based on the Expedition Software System.  
Maintain, follow-up, and coordinate the project files, including all Requests for Information (RFI's), Requests for Proposals (RFP's), Change Orders (CO's), submittal logs, directives, communications (letters, memos, etc.), plans and specification bulletins, addendums, and deltas, FF&E ordering, tracking and delivery, contractor bids, contractor monthly pay requests, delivery tickets, certifications, lien releases, warrantees & guarantees, etc.  
Perform office administrative duties, including the coordination of all communications between the project team members, i.e. the owner, Daniel J LLC., the project architect and its sub-consultants, public agencies, contractors, material suppliers, inspectors, etc., and the set-up and follow-up of meetings and critical inspections.  
Distribution of meeting minutes and approvals of same.  
Assist, as needed, in field inspections and report writing.  
Any other duties required during the course of the project, but within the ability of the position's level of expertise and technical knowledge.  

  As the project progresses, this position will expand in its responsibilities.
